Most orders will take about a week. Payment must accompany your order.

Make checks out to Temple Beth Shalom. For credit cards go to “Pay Online” button after completing the online order form.

Please fill out exactly how you would like the plaque to read: if we are to read: if we are unable to print e unable to print exactly what you want, we will contact you and explain any discrepancies. The plaque will not be engraved without your approval.

The cast bronze plaques in the sanctuary are perpetual. The lights on the plaque will be lit on the Yahrzeit of your loved one, and their names will be published in the High Holiday Yizkor Memorial book without charge. If the synagogue closes, the plaques will be transferred to another synagogue. The price for this memorial plaque is $500.

This memorial to our beloved Sara is also a Registry of Remembrance. It hangs in the lobby to remind you of your loved one every time you enter the building. It’s an excellent way to keep your pledge of tzedaka with honor. The price for each plaque is $100.
