Michael T. Little

Mike Little has over 25 years of experience working on Wall Street across a variety of capital markets roles including institutional research, sales, investment banking, financial advisory, private equity, and corporate restructuring. He began his career in the 1980s as a financial advisor at Smith Barney, then in the 1990s with Kidder Peabody and SG Cowen.

Mr. Little helped build the institutional research business for Prudential Securities, then later grew the institutional sales and trading desk at Oppenheimer, forming alliances with investment banks such as J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley. He resurrected Maxim Group’s institutional trading platform, then originated private equity opportunities for Laidlaw & Co. Mr. Little also launched a hedge fund product for Warren Financial.

Mr. Little has extensive experience working with stressed and distressed companies. On behalf of Valley Forge Capital Advisors, he leverages his deep capital markets expertise to assist companies with capital raising, M&A, buyout, and corporate restructuring initiatives.

Mr. Little began his career as a professional comedian in New York City in the 1980s, opening up for personalities such as Steve Martin, Jay Leno, Ray Romano, and others. He also emceed a show at Rodney Dangerfield’s personal night club in Manhattan for over 10 years.

Mr. Little played junior ice hockey in the 1970s for the Ontario Minor Hockey Association and holds a black belt in Okinawan Gojo Ryu Karate. He received his M.B.A. from Columbia University and B.S. from Syracuse University. Mr. Little is married with two children
and lives in New York City.
